  • 此項計劃只接受此報名表的預約,其他預約方式恕不接受;
HKBU has always provided online Chinese medicine consultation services to the general public. Previously as COVID-19 cases soared, HKBU, in collaboration with Tencent, started to offer free Chinese medicine consultation services (the Service) from 18 February 2022 to those who have contracted the virus. As the number of confirmed cases has dropped recently, the free service will cease after 6th May 2022.

Patients who sign up for the service will undergo an on-line consultation with the Chinese medicine practitioner via a WhatsApp video call. The medicine (in granule form) will be prescribed based on the patient’s clinical symptoms and signs. The service, including medical consultation, medicine, and express delivery of medicine, is free of charge.

Upon registration on this website, we will contact the patient to arrange for a medical appointment. Patients will be required to present the following documents: Identity document, positive COVID-19 test result (e.g. Western medical certificate, test report, SMS notification, rapid antigen test result)

Remark:
  • The service will only be provided to those who register via this website. No other registration methods will be accepted.
  • The service is only applicable to COVID-19 patients.
  • The service is not applicable to COVID-19 patients who are currently cared for in the government hospitals or quarantine facilities.
  • Due to the high demand for the service, priority will be given to patients with severe symptoms whose daily lives are adversely affected.
  • Express delivery may be affected amid the pandemic. To avoid a delay in receiving your medicine, please consider sending an uninfected friend or family member to pick up the medicine at a designated HKBU clinic. We strive to get the medication ready by 5pm the next day following the consultation. Patient’s name and mobile number (used for WhatsApp consultation) will be required when picking up the medicine.
  • Please consider using other medical services if you only have mild symptoms. To release the quota to those who are in greater need, you might cancel your appointment if you no longer test positive or your symptoms have receded.
  • HKBU reserves the right of final decision when disputes arise.
  • Together, we fight the Virus.
Sorry, all available quotas are filled
